2025 Master Instructor: MICHELLE VAUGHN-BAILEY 

With over two decades of experience, Michelle Vaughn-Bailey has made a dynamic impact in both the commercial dance industry in Los Angeles and the world of sports entertainment. Currently serving as Game Director and Show Caller for the WNBA’s Connecticut Sun—where she was formerly the Head Coach of the dance team—Michelle’s career spans an impressive range of roles as a performer, choreographer, and educator.  

Her resume includes work with top-tier artists and productions such as Lil Uzi Vert, Nicki Minaj, Flo Rida, Becky G, J Balvin, NBA2K, the Latin Grammys, the Oscars, and Nickelodeon’s “Fresh Beat Band.” She is also the founder and owner of *iNSYNC With The Pros*, a professional dance intensive dedicated to sports entertainment.  

Michelle has collaborated with numerous NBA and NFL organizations including the Golden State Warriors, Washington Wizards, Boston Celtics, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Utah Jazz, and Miami Dolphins. As a nationally ranked choreographer, her work has earned accolades like Best in Show, Innovative Choreography, and Top 5 placements at the USASF Worlds.  

Beyond performance, Michelle is passionate about education and mentorship. Her teaching philosophy centers on pushing dancers beyond their comfort zones while nurturing both technical skill and personal growth. By blending her deep industry experience with a heartfelt desire to uplift others, she continues to inspire and shape the next generation of confident, well-rounded performers.
