The Regional Summit – 4 Full Paid Bids (2 DI, 2 DII), Top 3 teams in eligible divisions with earn an At-Large Bid

Division Splits:

• USA will follow the USASF split guidelines by DI/DII splits and then by team size.
• No additional D2 recognition awards given beyond the awards in each division.

Registration/Check-In:  

• We recommend that you register a minimum of 30 minutes PRIOR to your assigned warm-up time
• Please bring the following items to registration:
  • Proof of music license (All performances)
  • USASF Rosters/ ID (All Star)
  • USASF Compliance Cover Sheet (All Star)
• At this time, you will sign all necessary Bid Intentions.

Warm-Up:

• Everyone entering the warm-up room, and not in uniform, must be wearing their USASF/USA Cheer approved wristband.

Scoring: 

• Scoresheets will be sent to the email attached to the team or registration contact approximately 15-20 minutes after performance. Paper copies will be available upon request at the scoresheet table. *The coaches attached to your teams will receive their team’s scoresheets at the event ONLY if their email AND mobile phone number is added and correct on the portal account.

Parking & Entrance:

Parking is available at the South Side of the Anaheim Convention Center – pricing subject to change. No in & out access.

Priority Viewing:

Spectators will have general seating and the option view their team’s performance in the Priority Viewing Area (follow the signs on-site).

Security Screening:

The safety of the athletes and guests is our number one priority, and many of our host facilities have implemented enhanced security procedures for attendees. Some of these enhanced security measures include: All bags, purses, backpacks, waist packs, etc. will be examined prior to entering. *We anticipate that additional time will be required for the coordination of these additional security measures. Please plan your arrival time accordingly.

Media Policy & Social Media: 

• Varsity will allow recording on personal devices. No commercial recording (audio or visual) or commercial live streaming is allowed in the competition venue or other event related venues (including but not limited to, hotels and restaurants) or on the grounds of any such venues (collectively, ‘Event Locations’).
• Please share your journey to this event and pictures captured at the event with us on social media!

• The Final Performance Order & Awards Schedule will be posted on HERE on Thursday evening the week of the event.
• Awards Ceremonies will take place in the performance hall at the conclusion of each event session, approximately 1-3 hours after each team’s final compete time. Please check the final schedule for exact division/session times.
