Celebrate the Northwest at the PacWest Grand Championship in the beautiful City of Roses.

PacWest started as the largest provider of cheerleading and dance events in the Pacific Northwest. We work passionately to deliver an exceptionally trustworthy event that demonstrates our genuine care for you, your team members, and their parents.

Varsity All Star Grand National events are Worlds Bid events where teams from all over the world converge to compete against the best of the best. These events also feature participant gifts, team awards and bids to all of Varsity All Star End-of-Season Championships.

Housing Information

For your convenience we have secured attendee blocks throughout the city with amazing rates specifically for Varsity All Star customers. Team Travel Source (TTS) has also successfully negotiated team friendly terms and conditions with each of our host hotels to take the worry and hassle out of booking hotel accommodations so that you can focus on your teams preparation and performance. Booking through our housing partner TTS is required for all athletes, coaches and spectators attending this event. The League – 600 Point Event

The Cheerleading Worlds – 1 Paid Bid & 3 At-Large Bids

The Summit – 3 Full Paid Bids, 4 IASF At-Large Bids & 7 At-Large Bids

The D2 Summit – 3 Full Paid Bids & 7 At-Large Bids

The Youth Summit – 1 Full Paid Bid & 4 At-Large Bids

The Regional Summit – 2 Full Paid Bids (1 DI, 1 DII), Top 3 teams in eligible divisions will earn an At-Large Bid

Coaches' Corner

Division Splits:

Division Splits will follow the USASF division split guidelines per the Age Grid.

Registration/Check-In:

You must register a minimum of 30 minutes PRIOR to your assigned warm-up time
Please bring the following items to registration:
- Proof of music license (All performances)
- USASF Rosters/ ID (All Star)
- USASF Compliance Cover Sheet (All Star)
- Rec Verification Form (Rec)
- USA Cheer Proof of Membership (Rec/School)
- Waiver Forms PER ATHLETE & PER COACH (Rec/School)
- Team Roster (Rec/School)
At this time, you will sign all necessary Bid Intentions.

Warm-Up:

Everyone entering the warm-up room, and not in uniform, must be wearing their USASF/USA Cheer approved wristband.

Scoring:

Scoresheets will be sent to the email attached to the team or registration contact approximately 15-20 minutes after performance. Paper copies will be available upon request at the scoresheet table. *The coaches attached to your teams will receive their team’s scoresheets at the event ONLY if their email AND mobile phone number is added and correct on the portal account.
