Bids:

• 1 Partial-Paid bid to The Summit, The D2 Summit & The Youth Summit will be available to eligible teams that compete in both events in the Winter or Spring Virtual Competition Series. Hit the “Learn More” button for more information!

Venue Information:

• Bags are subject to search, with further restrictions including no strollers in the arena. One small clutch that does not exceed 5in x 9in x 1.5in. Large bags and backpack are prohibited for spectators.
• Prohibited Items: Outside food/drinks, coolers, glass/plastic bottles, cans, aerosol cans, weapons of any kind, fireworks, illegal drugs, laser pointers, noisemakers, and chains/spiked jewelry.

Admissions:   

• We will not sell physical tickets at the door or take cash for admittance at any Varsity All Star competitions. Spectators purchasing tickets will need a valid email address and a credit card number. They will receive a digital ticket that can be scanned upon entry.

Venue Information:   

Please note the facility has restriction on the following:   

• No outside food or drink is allowed though concessions may be purchased inside the venue.
• For the safety of participants and spectators, items such as weapons, firearms, pepper spray, air horns, and laser pointers are not permitted. The full list is available on our Safety page. 
• Athletes are encouraged to bring their own water bottles to the event and throughout the warm-up process. There are water filling stations available throughout the venue.  Coaches, it may be helpful to bring an extra bag or tote with you into warm-ups to collect your team’s water bottles before they take the performance floor.
• The Peoria Civic Center will be enforcing a clear bag policy for all patrons entering the building. There will be two main public entry points, both of which will be equipped with metal detectors. All spectators and general attendees will be required to enter through these locations and comply with the clear bag policy. Please see this policy and entry map. Athletes will be permitted to bring in their competition bags, and they may be subject to be searched.

Event Results:  

• Event results will be uploaded throughout the weekend on Varsity TV. 

Photography/Media Policy:   

• Varsity will allow recording on personal devices. No commercial recording (audio or visual) or commercial live streaming is allowed in the competition venue or other event related venues (including but not limited to, hotels and restaurants) or on the grounds of any such venues (collectively, ‘Event Locations’).
