Golden Tickets

Admissions:   

• We will not sell physical tickets at the door or take cash for admittance at any Varsity All Star competitions. Spectators purchasing tickets will need a valid email address and a credit card number. They will receive a digital ticket that can be scanned upon entry. 
• Digital tickets can be purchased HERE!   
• Admission pickup will be located in D180-D181 (spectator tickets will not be needed for Friday’s performances).

Parking & Entrance:   

• The Goodale parking garage will be available! Second parking option is the Vine St. Garage! Parents can pay ahead for parking with link provided below! Please note if pre-purchased parking isn’t available, you can still view real time parking availability for all parking facilities! Make sure parents are giving themselves enough time to find a place to park, get their wristband at the ticket booth, and get into the venue! https://columbusconventions.com/park/parking-availability/
• The best spectator entrance is located at the North Entrance.

Venue Information:   

Please note the facility has restriction on the following:   

• No outside food or drink is allowed though concessions may be purchased inside the venue.  
• No firearms.  
• Doors will open for spectators at 4:30 PM on Friday and at 8:00 AM on both Saturday and Sunday.  
• Priority Viewing will be available for spectators.  
• Athletes are encouraged to bring their own water bottles to the event and throughout the warm-up process. There are water filling stations available throughout the venue.  Coaches, it may be helpful to bring an extra bag or tote with you into warm-ups to collect your team’s water bottles before they take the performance floor.  

Concessions & Vendors:  

• Concessions will be available throughout the venue inside and outside of the performance halls.  
• ASO will be selling event merchandise in Hall D on the upper concourse level throughout the weekend.  
• RT Productions will be providing action photography throughout the weekend. To view these photos, please visit www.rtevent.com 

Event Results:  

• Event results will be uploaded throughout the weekend on Varsity TV.  

Photography/Media Policy:   

• Varsity will allow recording on personal devices. No commercial recording (audio or visual) or commercial live streaming is allowed in the competition venue or other event related venues (including but not limited to, hotels and restaurants) or on the grounds of any such venues (collectively, ‘Event Locations’).
