Athletic Championships

Athletic Championships National Competitions are 2-day events with prestigious titles, upscale production, prizes, and awards. Teams from all over the region and beyond come to compete for their chance to earn top placements and bids to our End-of-Season Championships.

Athletic Championships values high quality customer service and sportsmanship. We are dedicated to providing a competition experience that will help athletes achieve their goals, enrich the lives of families and have a positive effect on your program. Other event features include participant gifts and enhanced team awards!

You will quickly see that our focus is to make sure everyone who comes to our events not only leave with memories that last a lifetime, but friendships that continue to grow from year to year.

Admissions:   

  • We will not sell physical tickets at the door or take cash for admittance at any Varsity All Star competitions. Spectators purchasing tickets will need a valid email address and a credit card number. They will receive a digital ticket that can be scanned upon entry. MAKE SURE EVENT IS NOT BOX OFFICE!  
  • Admission pickup will be located by the main doors on the lower level.

Venue Information:   

Please note the facility has restriction on the following:   

  • No outside food or drink is allowed though concessions may be purchased inside the venue.  
  • No firearms.  
  • Priority Viewing will be available for spectators in the stands behind the judges riser.
  • Athletes are encouraged to bring their own water bottles to the event and throughout the warm-up process. There are water filling stations available in warm ups.  Coaches, it may be helpful to bring an extra bag or tote with you into warm-ups to collect your team’s water bottles before they take the performance floor.  
  • Family Arena has a clear bag policy. The following stipulations affect the type and size of bags that are permitted into the arena — not the items that you normally need to bring to an event. Each customer may carry in their pockets items such as keys, makeup, combs, phones, wallets, and credit cards.
    • Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and do not exceed 12″ x 6″ x 12.”
    • One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar).
    • Small clutch purses, approximately the size of a hand, or 5″ x 7″ with or without a handle or strap, may be carried into the arena along with one of the clear bag options.
    • An exception will be made for diaper bags (if in attendance with a baby) and/or medically necessary items after proper inspection at the gate.

Concessions & Vendors:  

  • Concessions will be available throughout the venue inside and outside of the performance halls.  
  • ASO will be selling event merchandise throughout the weekend.  

Event Results:  

  • Event results will be uploaded throughout the weekend on Varsity TV.  

Photography/Media Policy:   

  • Varsity will allow recording on personal devices. No commercial recording (audio or visual) or commercial live streaming is allowed in the competition venue or other event related venues (including but not limited to, hotels and restaurants) or on the grounds of any such venues (collectively, ‘Event Locations’).
