Spectator Information

We’ve expanded digital ticketing this year to provide better visibility into spectators attending our events. This means that you should expect that we will NOT sell physical tickets at the door or take cash for admittance at any Varsity All Star competitions. Spectators purchasing tickets will need a valid email address and a credit card number. They will receive a digital ticket that can be scanned upon entry. Please use the “Buy Tickets” link to secure spectator tickets.

Venue Information:

• Parking available onsite – $15.
• No outside food or drink is allowed though concessions may be purchased inside the venue.
• No Weapons/Firearms

Concessions & Vendors:

• Concessions will be available throughout the venue.
• Onsite Vendors – All Star Outfitters
• RT Productions will be providing action shots of your team throughout the weekend. To view these photos, please visit www.rtevent.com.

Coaches Information 

Division Splits: D1/D2 division splits will be offered per the USASF split guidelines. For any Elite Cheer division not split D1/D2, with more than 2 teams, a D2 Champion in those divisions will be verbally recognized during awards at the event.

Registration & Check-In:

• Check-In information coming soon!
• You must register a minimum of 30 minutes PRIOR to your assigned warm-up time.
• Please bring the following items to registration:
  • USASF Rosters/ ID (All Star)
  • USASF Compliance Cover Sheet (All Star) or USA Cheer Proof of Membership (Rec)
  • Rec Verification Form (Rec)
  • Waiver Forms PER ATHLETE & PER COACH (School & Rec)
  • Proof of music license (All performances)
• At this time, you will sign all necessary Bid Intentions

 Warm-Up:

• Please check in to warm up no less than 15 mins prior to your warm-up time
• Everyone entering the warm-up room, and not in uniform, must be wearing their USASF/USA Cheer approved wristband.

Scoring:

• Scoresheets will be printed at the Scoresheet pick-up table approximately 15-20 minutes after your team’s performance. Additionally, scoresheets will be emailed to the assigned coaches listed on your registration. Please note, emailed scoresheets are not guaranteed to be received within your AccuScore window.  *The coaches attached to your teams will receive their team’s scoresheets at the event ONLY if their email AND mobile phone number is added and correct on the portal account.
• AccuScore is located in the behind the Judge’s riser. Any requests for review must be submitted within 10 minutes after the scoresheets have been printed.
• Results will be available for coaches via the Coaches BAND following awards.

• Awards will take place in the performance hall at the conclusion of each event session. Please check the final schedule for exact division/session times.
