Parking & Entrance:

PARKING GARAGES: 

  • Fort Worth’s Downtown TIF District provides free self-parking in select garages after 6 PM on weekdays and all weekend long. Click HERE for participating downtown garages.

PARKING METERS:

  • Downtown parking meters are FREE every night after 6 PM and on weekends!
  • If parking outside those hours, paying for parking has never been so easy with the FW Park app. With this mobile parking app, you can renew and pay for parking meters from your phone! Other features include a “Find My Car” option, parking map, and more! Download for IOS or Android.

 ENTRANCE

  • Please use the Entrance doors off 12th Street to enter the building and follow the signage to the performance hall. After purchasing tickets in advance ALL spectators will check in with the Varsity All Star Staff at the Admission Booths where they will exchange their e-ticket for the appropriate wristband.

6:30AM – doors to the concourse will open at the 12th St lobby.

Coaches' Corner

Registration & Check-In:

    • Program check in is located in Rooms A103 and will open starting at the following times:
        • Friday – 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
        • Saturday – 6:45 AM
        • Sunday – 7:45 AM
  • You must register a minimum of 30 minutes PRIOR to your assigned warm-up time.
  • Please bring the following items to registration:
    • USASF Rosters/ ID (All Star)
    • USASF Compliance Cover Sheet (All Star) or USA Cheer Proof of Membership (Rec)
    • Proof of music license (All performances)
  • At this time, you will sign all necessary Bid Intentions.

Warm-Up:

  • Please check in to warm up no less than 10 mins prior to your warm-up time.
  • Everyone entering the warm-up room, and not in uniform, must be wearing their USASF/USA Cheer approved wristband.
  • Each team will receive the following warm up times:

ARENA

  • 7 Mins on a 3 Panels 18’X42’ Foam floor
  • 7 Mins on a 2 Panels 12’X60’ Spring floor
  • 7 Mins on a 9 Panels 42’X54’ Spring floor

HALL

  • 8 Mins on a 3 Panels 18’X42’ Foam floor
  • 8 Mins on a 2 Panels 12’X60’ Spring floor

Scoring:

  • Scoresheets will be sent to the email attached to the team or registration contact approximately 15-20 minutes after performance. Paper copies will also be available at the scoresheet table located by the judges stand of each hall. *The coaches attached to your teams will receive their team’s scoresheets at the event ONLY if their email AND mobile phone number is added and correct on the portal account.
  • AccuScore will be located in Room 107
    • Any requests for review must be submitted within the 15 minutes after the scoresheets have been emailed.
  • Results will be available for coaches in the Event BAND throughout the competition weekend!

Awards:

  • Awards will take place on the performance floor of each hall following the close of each session (Saturday – PREP/Novice/Rec, Sunday – all Elite divisions). Please check the final schedule for exact division/session times.
  • All athletes will receive – an athlete gift as they exit the performance floor
  • ACA Elite Grand National Champions will receive a Champion Medallion, 1st place Champion Banner & a Champion Jacket
  • Elite 2nd – 3rd place teams will receive participant medallions & an ACA Grand Nationals placement Banner
  • Elite 4th & below placing teams will receive participant medallions & an ACA Grand Nationals Event Banner
  • ACA PREP Grand National Champions will receive a Champion Medallion, a 1st place Champion Banner & a NEW ACA Champion Hoodie!
  • Prep 2nd – 3rd place teams will receive participant medallions & an ACA Grand Nationals placement Banner
  • Prep 4th & below placing teams will receive participant medallions & an ACA Grand Nationals Event Banner
  • All Novice teams receiving a Superior rating will receive participant medallions, an ACA Grand Nationals Event Banner & NEW SUPERIOR Long Sleeve T-Shirt!
  • All Novice teams receiving an Outstanding or Excellent rating will receive participant medallions & an ACA Grand Nationals Event Banner
  • All teams that Hit Zero will receive a Hit Zero Button

Venue Information: Please note this facility has restrictions on the following:

  • No outside food or drink is allowed though concessions may be purchased inside the venue.
  • No aerosol products (hairspray, glitter, etc.) are allowed. Use of these products inside the facility will result in a fine.

Concessions & Vendors:

  • Concessions will be available throughout the venue.
  • Varsity Shop will be open in the Hall throughout the weekend.
  • UEP will be onsite for team photos & action shots. They will have kiosks located throughout the convention center to view & purchase photos.
  • Hoppenly Gifts & Toys will be open in the Hall throughout the weekend.
  • Shrunk 3D will be open in the Hall throughout the weekend.

600 point League event

The League by Varsity All Star is the official points system for the sport of all star cheerleading. Teams are separated by D1 & D2 and placed by their age group, based on the points they earn throughout the regular season. Winners are named bother regionally and nationally and receive their share of $500k in cash and prizes. This event is worth 600 League Points.
