For your convenience we have secured attendee blocks throughout the city with amazing rates specifically for Varsity All Star customers. Team Travel Source (TTS) has also successfully negotiated team friendly terms and conditions with each of our host hotels to take the worry and hassle out of booking hotel accommodations so that you can focus on your teams preparation and performance.  Booking through our housing partner TTS is required for all athletes, coaches and spectators attending this event. • Program check in is located in Ballrooms 1 & 2 and will be open on Friday from 2-7pm and Saturday at 6:30am
• You must register a minimum of 30 minutes PRIOR to your assigned warm-up time.
• Please bring the following items to registration:
  • USASF Rosters/ ID (All Star)
  • USASF Compliance Cover Sheet (All Star) or USA Cheer Proof of Membership (Rec)
  • Rec Verification Form (Rec)
  • Waiver Forms PER ATHLETE & PER COACH (School & Rec)
  • Proof of music license (All performances)
• At this time, you will sign all necessary Bid Intentions.

Parking & Entrance:

• Parking is $15 Card Only at this event location.

Venue Information: Please note this facility has restrictions on the following:

• No outside food or drink is allowed though concessions may be purchased inside the venue.
• No firearms.
• Doors will open for spectators at 7:00 AM.
• Athletes are encouraged to bring their own water bottles to the event and throughout the warm-up process. There are water filling stations available throughout the venue.
