Housing Information

Due to an unprecedented demand for rooms at The Mirage we have sold out our block. We are actively working on a new block at an overflow property. We expect to have a new booking link with special pricing for our Varsity customers very shortly. Once that booking link is live it will be sent to all Varsity customers registered for The American Grand competition. We thank you for your patience and understanding, we are working hard to make this event a memorable experience and we will be excited to welcome you all to Las Vegas.

  • Please bring the following items to registration:
  • Proof of music license (All performances)
  • USASF Rosters/ ID (All Star)
  • USASF Compliance Cover Sheet (All Star)
  • Rec Verification Form (Rec)
  • USA Cheer Proof of Membership (Rec/School)
  • Waiver Forms PER ATHLETE & PER COACH (Rec/School) 
  • Team Roster (Rec/School)

**Upon checking into Registration onsite, you will sign all necessary Bid Intention Forms. 

Warm up/Rehearsal: 

  • Everyone entering the warm-up room, and not in uniform, must be wearing their USASF/USA Cheer approved wristband.


  • Paper copies will be available at the scoresheet table. Scoresheets will be sent to the email attached to the team, or registration contact, approximately 15-20 minutes after each performance. 
  • The coaches attached to your teams will receive the email of their team’s scoresheets ONLY if both their email AND mobile phone number are added and correct on the portal account.

Division Splits:

  • D1/D2 splits will be guaranteed in every (Elite Cheer) division, then will follow the USASF split guidelines by team size. No additional D2 recognition awards given beyond the awards in each division.


  • We are not responsible for providing an adapter for phones that do not have a traditional headphone jack.
  • Main floor & practice area will provide sound systems that will be equipped for iPod/Phone use.
  • No CD’s


  • The Final Performance Order & Awards Schedule will be posted on on Thursday evening.
  • Awards ceremonies will take place 1-3 hours after your final compete time.
  • Event Results will be available Tuesday following the event at
  • FINAL Awards Schedule will be posted on Thursday in the Coaches BAND and on – Awards will take place 1-3 hours after your division ends. Awards Announcements will be located in the Grand Ballroom. Jacket Distribution and Winners Circle photo ops will be located in the Grand Ballroom.

  • Athlete Gift: On Day 1, all participants will receive Luggage Tags after they exit the performance stage.

Digital Ticketing:

  • IMPORTANT – Please pre-purchase your tickets to avoid longer lines onsite. All purchases will be online. There will not be a way to swipe credit cards for tickets.

    • 1-day Ticket: $27.71 (Friday, Saturday, OR Sunday)
    • 2-day Ticket: $47.75 (Saturday AND Sunday – Friday pass must be purchased separately if attending all three days)
  • Child (6-17), Senior (65+), Military
    • 1-day Ticket: $22.15 (Friday, Saturday, OR Sunday)
    • 2-day Ticket: $36.62 (Saturday AND Sunday – Friday pass must be purchased separately if attending all three days)
    • Children 5 and under are free

0 to 60 minutes – No Charge
Over 1 to 4 hours – $15
Over 4 to 24 hours – $18

Priority Viewing:

Located in front of the stage to the right will be holding queues. You will be placed in queue and ushered into the Priority Viewing entrance in front of the stage. You must enter through this process. Security will not let you in through the EXIT.


  • No outside food/drink allowed in the MEC.
  • Food/drink available in the Mirage Casino & Shops
  • Event Merchandise will be available in MEC (Perf Hall).

Media Policy:

Varsity will allow recording on personal devices. No commercial recording (audio or visual) or commercial live streaming is allowed in the event venue or other event-related venues (including, but not limited to, hotels and restaurants) or on the grounds of any such venues (collectively, “Event Locations”).

Performance Venue:

The Performance Hall (Mirage Events Center / MEC) will open to spectators each day at the following times:

  • Friday – 4:30 PM
  • Saturday – 7:00 AM
  • Sunday – 7:00 AM
