This event is open to participants in the FOURTH GRADE AND OLDER!
Tuesday
November 22:
Depart for Orlando, Florida, from your hometown by car or by air.
PLEASE NOTE: Travel
arrangements to Orlando are not included in the cost of the performance package. Please call
1-866-719-0379 and A&I Travel will be happy to arrange your flight to the Orlando Interna-
tional Airport.
The remainder of the day will be spent enjoying a Walt Disney World
®
Theme
Park of your choice.
Wednesday
November 23:
After a buffet breakfast and orientation meeting at
Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort
, we will
have a short rehearsal followed by a day at either
Disney’s Hollywood Studios
®
where you
can experience thrilling rides as well as the nighttime extravaganza, FANTASMIC! or
Disney’s
Animal Kingdom
®
Theme Park. Experience a real safari on
Kilimanjaro Safaris
®
through 110
acres of African savanna, or face off with the fearsome Yeti on
Expedition Everest™
!
Thursday
November 24:
HAPPY THANKSGIVING! We’ll start the day with a buffet breakfast at
Disney’s Contemporary
Resort
. Then it’s off to the most famous Theme Park at the
Walt Disney World
®
Resort
, the
Magic
Kingdom
®
Park. Your performance in the opening of the
Magic Kingdom
®
Park Main Street USA
parade, will no doubt be the highlight of you trip. There will be plenty of time before and after
your performance to see and do everything in the magnificent Theme Park. Be sure to ride
Space
Mountain and Splash Mountain
®
and visit the newly expanded Fantasyland!
®
This evening you
will dress for and enjoy a traditional Thanksgiving Day dinner at Disney’s Coronado Springs
Resort.
Friday
November 25:
Check-out is scheduled prior to the shuttles for airport departures.
*You will receive all the Walt Disney World tickets and meal vouchers once you register with the
Varsity Spirit staff in Orlando.
