MOTORCOACH (BUS) TRANSPORTATION:
Deluxe motorcoaches for the group’s exclusive use during the
entire stay in Houston. Round trip airport transfers for November
22, 2016 and November 25, 2016 will be provided only for
tour participants who have purchased the tour package including
airfare as outlined in this brochure. Transportation to and from the
airport will be provided ONLY for arrivals between 10:00 a.m.
and 6:00 p.m. on November 22, 2016, and
departures between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. on
November 25, 2016.
THE COST OF YOUR TRIP INCLUDES:
ACCOMMODATIONS:
Accommodations will be provided at the JW Marriott, a centrally
located deluxe hotel with baggage handling upon arrival and
departure.

MEALS include:
Buffet breakfast served daily, Mexican buffet, Pasta dinner at the
hotel, Thanksgiving lunch buffet, and Texas BBQ dinner.
UNIFORM:
For parade participants only. Uniform includes top, skirt or pants
(for males), briefs and poms. For further information, please call

TOUR DOCUMENTS: Approximately 7 days prior to your
departure, you will receive a confirmation email from Varsity Spirit
LLC containing your final itinerary, hotel address, phone number,
and travel instructions
THE COST OF YOUR TRIP DOES NOT
INCLUDE:
Air transportation from your home to Houston, Texas, lunch on
arrival day and Wednesday when shopping, optional expenses
- items of a personal nature; independent sightseeing, trip can-
cellation/baggage insurance; meals and beverages other than
specified; hotel self parking in the garage; baggage handling
at airport; round trip airport transfer for those who have not
purchased airline tickets through A & I Travel; any other items
not mentioned as included.
“OUT-OF-POCKET” EXPENSES:
Each participant is responsible for lunches, phone calls, etc.
We suggest $40.00 per day for “out-of-pocket” expenses.
