UCA All Star Championship

Registration will open on November 11, 2021. Please read this entire page before clicking on the link to register.

When registering, by accepting the “Terms and Conditions” for the event, you are agreeing to adhere to the competition rules.  Please see the “Required Forms” tab to view a copy of the rules.

Please note:

• Coaches and athletes must be listed on the team roster in order to register individually and may select housing OR commuter.
• Championship Forms must be brought to the registration desk in Orlando, please see the tab for “Required Forms”.
• If you are registering any Spectators, you may select the housing option only. Spectators cannot register as commuters. If a spectator needs to order tickets, direct them to “Discounted Tickets” link on the registration page.  You will need to provide them with your team’s customer number located in the top right-hand corner of your invoice.

Package Upgrades:

You may upgrade the ticket that is included in your package for the rates below. This can be noted in the “ADD ON” step of the registration process.  Any extra tickets for family members must be purchased through the “Discounted Tickets” link on the main registration page.

For 3 Night and 4 Night Packages:  $118 (3 Day to 4 Day), $158 (3 Day to 5 Day)

For Commuters and 2 Night Packages: $32 (2 Day to 3 Day), $150 (2 Day to 4 Day), $190 (2 Day to 5 Day)

Walt Disney World® Park Reservations

Walt Disney World requires “Park Reservations” made in advance to attend the theme parks.  We strongly recommend that all friends and family (spectators) register on a separate invoice from the team.

Anyone included on your invoice will be part of your “ticket order, Ticket orders will be placed when your invoice is paid in full.

Once the order is placed, you will receive a ticket confirmation number for each person depending on their package or upgrade.  Information on how to obtain your park reservations will be sent with your ticket confirmation email.

No Changes after ticket orders have been placed and ticket order numbers have been distributed.  Any upgrades must be requested before paying your invoice in full.

Please note that parks may reach capacity so be sure to get your payment in early!

Assign a Safety Champion:

Each team will need to designate one person (other than the head coach) to be your Safety Champion. This person will need to be confirmed upon registration, over 18 years of age and willing to participate in additional safety training prior to Championship. Each team/squad needs a separate Safety Champion, some of the Safety Champion’s responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

* Ensuring the athletes, coaches and spectators of your team follow the health and safety requirements such as face coverings.

You will need your Team’s “Registration Number” in order to proceed. Your coach can provide you with this number, be sure to enter the entire number and no spaces before it, for example:

Please note:

Spectators cannot register as “commuters”, if you do not need hotel reservations, do not register through this link.  Go back to the main registration page and register under “Discounted Tickets (Spectators).

If your son/daughter (athlete) is not registering with the team, you may register them here if they are commuting or if they need hotel reservations.  If they need hotel reservations, you will be able to add family members to your reservation when you manage the people you are registering.

Hotel Travel Package Pricing 

Additional Walt Disney World Park Hoppers:

Available for family or friends not included in one of the travel packages. This includes up to five days admission into ESPN Wide World of Sports® Complex.  Tickets will be available for purchase through February 23, 2022.  Park Hopper tickets will not be sold at the event.

Additional Event tickets for purchase:

• We are excited to bring back the Celebration party on Sunday, March 13 at Magic Kingdom! This ticket is included for those on our Hotel Travel package.  For those not on our travel package, you can purchase a ticket for $55 per person.  This ticket does not include transportation to the event.
• Meal Vouchers can be purchased for $17 each.  These vouchers can be used at designated counter service meal options throughout the property. 2022 Disney Meal Vouchers

Additional Competition Pricing Information:

• There is a $100 Crossover fee for those who are competing in a second performance.
• There is a $100 Crossover fee for those who are competing in a third performance.

ESPN Wide World of Sports single-day tickets:

• For those who would like to purchase tickets only for ESPN Wide World of Sports, they will be sold online starting a few weeks prior to the event and will also be sold on-site.  These are $40 per day.  Entrance into the ESPN Wide World of Sports is included for those on the hotel travel package as well as anyone who purchased additional Walt Disney World Park Hopper tickets from Varsity.

If you have already submitted a registration and need to make changes, you may request a change by signing back into your MyVarsity account and clicking on the “Request a Registration Change” request.

For Teams only:

The Contact Person who originally registered/rostered the team may also make changes to the Roster by clicking on “Request a Roster Change”.

Changes are not confirmed until verified by Varsity.

Changes made after February 17, 2021 will result in a $50 change fee per change.

Disney requires “Park Reservations” made in advance to attend the theme parks.

Discounted Park Tickets will not be sold on site at the event. The option to order Discounted Park Tickets has expired.  If you would like to purchase Celebration Party tickets,  you may purchase these tickets by clicking on the link below.
