PURE Camp Instructors and Choreographers
Devon is from Orlando, FL and is currently a choreographer and camp instructor for PURE. Devon has been a head coach and choreographer for Top Gun Allstars for the past 6 years. She specializes in creatively choreographing routines from start to finish. She can clean up or revamp any section previously choreographed to increase flow, visuals, and routine composition. She takes pride in working with level 1 teams up to level 7 teams to ensure that her knowledge is kept up to date. Devon specializes in clean girly routines that hit the scoresheet but still flow effortlessly with intricate patterns and energy throughout. Devon has been choreographing routines since the age of 16 and is currently an all-star consultant. Devon’s style is sassy, girly, and clean.

Jibreel Rayam is the founder and former owner of Pure Energy Choreography. Over the past 10 years, Jibreel has choreographed all over the world with many great programs. His accolades stretch from a World Champion and multi time medalist choreographer. He is the Director for the Varsity brand, All Things Cheer and head judge for multiple brands. Jibreel’s style is Innovative, Seamless, and Powerful.
Experience as a Coach & Instructor
Nic is currently residing in Chicago, IL and has been involved in the cheerleading industry for over twenty-years. He has been a leader in an array of roles from athlete, world and summit champion coach, choreographer and judge for Varsity Brands. Formerly, he directed and ran the world champion Gymtyme All Stars before moving to Illinois where he ran and owned the world champion ICE All Stars. This has lead him to where he is now, focusing his attention and talents on working with fantastic clients like you. Nic now spends more time behind the scenes judging and guest coaching teams alongside traveling the nation to provide knowledgeable camps and do routine choreography.
Awards & Accomplishments
Haven is originally from Memphis, TN and has been in cheerleading for 25 years. She is currently a head coach and tumbling instructor for Arizona Element Elite in Phoenix, AZ. Haven is passionate about providing kids with the skills, technique, and choreography to reach success. She started chorgepahing for PURE Energy Choreography in 2012 and is now a full-time staff member for PURE. Haven’s style is clean, sharp, and seamless.
Ashley is from Vancouver, Canada and has been involved in the sport of cheerleading for over 15 years. She started her sports career as a national diver before moving over to cheer as a rec coach when she was 14 years old. At the young age of 18, Ashley began coaching full-time. Ashley has been choreographing for over 10 years starting with PURE Energy Choreography.
Coleman is currently the choreography coordinator and a team coach for the Brandon All Stars main location. He shines in choreographing dances and being able to adhere to a programs natural “style” should they choose to keep it. His strengths are also in putting together building sequences and teaching baskets with precision.
Experience as a Participant
Alex is originally from Miami, FL and got into cheerleading in 1992 which has allowed him to coach for 26 years in the high school, all-star, and college world. Alex began choreographing roughly 20 years ago with 5 of them being for PURE Energy Choreography. He has now been a choreographer for PURE for 2 years where he gets to share his passion for the sport and work with athletes to help with their development in cheer.
Alex currently resides in San Diego, CA where he travels for PURE and Varsity All Star. Alex created full routines for all levels and is able to add “fluff” to previously choreographed sections to enhance the visual creativity of the whole routine. Alex prides himself on being able to create clean routines that truly hit the scoresheet. He graduated with a degree in engineering and his style is innovative and creative.
Kyle currently resides in San Diego, CA where he is a head coach and tumbling instructor for the California All Stars. He is a proud coach to Cali Coed and J3. He is a graduate from San Diego State University where he received his engineering degree. Kyle’s style is innovative, creative, and clean.
Awards & Accomplishments:
Jessica is currently the owner and choreographer for Cheer Intensity in Albany, NY. Jessica has been choreographing routines for over 14 years and is currently serving on the USASF National Advisory Board as the Northeast Coach and Owner Representative. She enjoys choreographing tumbling as she challenges herself to make the puzzle work while letting the customers style shine through. She is passionate about technique and enjoys creating drills to cater specific skill mastery.
Jeremy is originally from Vancouver, Canada and is a 5-time World Champion. He is one of the former owners of All Things Cheer & Dance and Pure Energy Choreography in Canada that has recently merged with Varsity. As a former coach of Team Canada he has worked with the top athletes across Canada and as a master choreographer, he works with teams across the US, Australia, Mexico, Norway, Sweden and many more. He has achieved multiple top 3 finishes at Worlds and has won multiple Summit titles. Jeremy’s style is innovative, seamless, and powerful with a specialty of creating outside-the-box routines!
Troy resides in Southern California with his wife and three children. His children have all competed as athletes in the highest levels of All Star Cheer. He has been a coach and gym owner in Southern California since 1997 where he currently owns Pacific Coast Magic. He is known for his innovative stunt and pyramid combinations and has a strong eye for routine composition ensuring that each routine flows from start to end.
Jerry is currently a resident of Dallas, TX where he has a career as a cheerleader, dancer, and choreographer. He has over 15 years of experience and has worked with some top named programs. Jerry is one of the most sought after judges in the industry and scored in the top 5% of the country’s overall judges. He is able to reverse the scoresheet as a choreographer and bring his strict eye for visuals, transitions, and spacing to the routine. His style is fast paced, visually appealing, and original.
Maria is a current resident of Knoxville, TN where she is going on season 9 with Premier Athletics Knoxville North. She is staffed with the Cheerleaders of America and is both CPR and First Aid certified.
Zach currently resides in Knoxville, TN where he works for Varsity Knoxville as the Director of Scoring and Judges.
PURE Camp Instructors
Demi is from Sammamish, WA where she competitively cheered for 10 years and competitively danced for 5 years. She then moved to Cincinnati, OH to attend the University of Cincinnati. She was a part of the dance team at the university and competed D1A pom and hip hop at the UDA college nationals.
Ali is from Pittsburgh, PA where she has been involved in this industry from both cheer and dance for 20 years. She is currently the Program Director and a coach fro Pittsburgh Pride. She has competed in the USASF worlds for a total of 9 years between cheer and dance. While a member of the Morehead State All Girl team, she won 2 UCA national championship titles. Ali is passionate about working with athletes and creating good habits of technique.
Griffin is currently a resident of Knoxville, TN and works for the Varsity Knoxville office as the Customer Specialist for Encore Championships where he works to enhance customers overall expierence each season. Griffin helped originate Varsity All Stars newest brand, Double Down Championships, where coaches get to choose which of their Day 1 score they want to carry over to Day 2 and is currently the Brand Manager. He is a graduate from the University of Louisville where he received a bachelors in communications and psychology.
Sharity is currently a resident of the sunshine state and works for Varsity All Star as a judge and USASF as a legality official. She brings her expertise of technique and cleanliness to our camps to ensure precision. She is currently studying physical therapy and has received her bachelors in sport and exercise which gives her a unique insight to body dynamics.
Becca is currently a resident of Knoxville, TN and works for Varsity Brands as the Media Director for 180 Pro and Premier Athletics. Originally born in Raleigh, NC – she started her cheerleading journey which leaves her with 13 years of experience. Becca has taught PURE camps for 3 years with knowledge in both cheer and dance. Becca was an all star cheer coach before moving to the corporate office. She attended East Carolina University where she received her bachelors in broadcast journalism and masters in communication.
Robbie currently resides in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Robbie has over 10 years of industry experience and has been working internationally for the past 5 years focusing on athlete development and encouragement. One of his main coaching focuses is perfection before progression. He has done camps and choreography in Australia, Canada, and the United States.
Jordan is originally from Georgia where he lived for 14 years before moving to Oregon. Jordan was a basketball player for the majority of his life up until he completely switched to cheerleading his sophomore year. After graduating, the moved to Miami to be apart of Top Gun before recently make a switch to Top Gun Orlando. He enjoys getting to work with athletes to enhance their experience in the sport of cheerleading.
Experience as a Participant
Lachlan is from Edmonton, Canada and has been with PURE since 2016. He currently lives in both Vancouver, Canada and California. He is an optometric assistant and enjoys getting to work with athletes through PURE. His style is clean and out of the box.
Katelin grew up in Arizona where she began cheer, dance, and soccer. She has been a coach for Arizona Element Elite for 3 years. She is studying environmental engineering at ASU. Katelin has a passion to work with athletes and enjoys gettin g to be apart of their all star experience.
Tony is currently residing in Ontario, Canada where he is the owner of Muskoka Elite Cheer & Tumbling. Tony is certified in level 1-7 with the International’s Cheer Union and is also credentialed in both women’s artistic, tumbling, and trampoline through the National Canadian Coaches program. Tony’s passions include coaching young athletes, officiating events, marketing through digital media, strategic planning, and growing the sport.
Sean is entering his 24th season in the cheerleading industry. He is a former coach at World Cup All Stars where he coached multiple teams and levels and has had 5 top 5 finishes at the Cheerleading Worlds including a World Championship in 2009. He has won NCA 4 times, Cheersport 6 times, and UCA 4 times including Grand Champions in 2010 and 2014. Sean was also the head all girl coach at Rutgers University from 2008-2014 and is now the current Director of All Stars for Premier Athletics. He currently balances the role of All Star Director, Tumble Academy Director, Executive Team Member for Premier Athletics, as well as a team coach. He is the coach of Franklin High School in Franklin, TN. Franklin HS competes at UCA NHSCC and has finished in the top 5 in Small Varsity Division 1 for the past 4 years and has finished in 2nd place for 2 years and earned a National Championship and “White Jacket” in Small Junior Varsity in 2019. He is the co-founder of P.U.R.E. Technique Camps and also the co-founder of 180 Pro.
