ABOUT PAIGE

Paige St. John is a graduate of The Ohio State University (Columbus, OH), where she obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree (BFA) in Dance, having spent four years extensively focusing on performance, dance education, and composition/choreography. Throughout her many years of dance training, she has studied a variety of styles – including, but not limited to, ballet, tap, modern, jazz, contemporary, lyrical, hip hop, and pom.

After her time spent as a member of The Ohio State University Dance Team (2015 – 2017), Paige found her way into the Universal Dance Association and Variety Spirit family and has been teaching and choreographing for various competitive dance teams across the globe ever since. Her work as a Pom, Jazz, and Hip Hop choreographer and instructor has taken her thousands of miles outside of the Midwest, to Russia and beyond! She works with teams to create an artistic style that will match that of the group, while also challenging them in a way that will grow the program for years to come.

Above all, musicality, movement intention, and visual appeal are at the forefront of her choreographic process, and Paige works in collaboration with coaches and athletes to ensure that the routine she leaves them with is one that they can work towards with confidence and enthusiasm.
