Traditional Overnight Camps:
The most popular UCA Summer Camp type is 4 days and 3 nights of learning, growing and bonding! Three Private Coaching sessions, Stunt Class and Game Day class help you achieve your maximum potential, so you can continue to excel once camp is over.
Commonly held at a luxury hotel or resort location, teams have extended breaks to enjoy the surrounding amenities or participate in teambonding. These overnight camps are packed with fun and the same great UCA curriculum.
For competitive teams interested in a stunt and performance focused camp. Curriculum is based on creative stunts, transitions, and performance for all levels. Special classes include: Strength and Conditioning, Flipping Pyramid Class, Stretching and Flexibility.
For teams who have advanced stunts and are ready for the next level. Elite camp includes: Faster paced Stunt Classes, Strength Classes, Flexibility Class, and exclusive Xtreme and Hip Hop dances. Teams will leave camp with a mini routine ready to be performed in front of your home crowd!
