New regulations for travel by air require that the name on your ticket match the name as it appears on the Government issued ID you provide to security personnel. With that in mind, please use this space to let us know EXACTLY how your name appears on your ID (if your ID shows your full middle name then that is what you should write. If it only shows your middle initial, only give us that).

Upper Management is asking that all of our staff attend a training session during the Summer of 2010.  So please plan in advance with the tentative dates.  IF you are unable to attend the training session for your own region (or one closest to you), a note from a supervisor will be required before attending another.  As you will see, we will be offering weekend sessions.  If you can give us an idea of what your plans are for 2010 Training Sessions so that we can estimate numbers, it would be appreciated. Please select either Full Week Session or Weekend Only Session.
Full Week Session:
You will report by 3pm on first date and depart at 3pm on second date.
Weekend Only Session:
You will report either late Friday night or 8am Saturday and stay thru 3pm on Sunday

Here are a few other things for you to keep in mind before next summer: o:p>
  • We will no longer allow anyone who has not completed ALL of their employee paperwork to work any camps. There will be no exceptions!!!

  • This upcoming summer the only CPR and First Aid certifications we will accept are from the following organizations; The American Red Cross, The American Heart Association, The National Safety Council or The American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons. Certifications from any other organization will not be accepted so please keep this in mind when renewing your certifications prior to the summer.
