Weekend Event Forms

• Reimbursement
• Credit Card  *squads must have a zero balance before participating in a weekend event.  If they have a balance, ask them to fill out the Credit card form and attach to the Registration Sheet.  This only holds payment until proper payment is received, unless they wish it to be charged.
