1. Entry. The “National School Spirit Day” (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 p.m. EST on Friday, July 15, 2011, and ends at 12:00 p.m. EST on Friday, September 9, 2011, and the deadline for entries is 12:00 p.m. EST on Friday, September 16, 2011. To enter the Sweepstakes, visit http://www.varsity.com and follow instructions to complete (in its entirety) and submit the sweepstakes entry form. Entrants are subject to all notices posted online including, but not limited to, Sponsor’s privacy policy. Limit: one (1) entry per person. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the ‘Authorized Account Holder’ of the email address submitted at time of entry. Authorized Account Holder means the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. All entries become Sponsor’s property once submitted and will not be returned or acknowledged. Information provided by you to participate in this Sweepstakes is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy, including the opt-out provisions contained in the policy.

2. Eligibility. The Sweepstakes is open only to legal U.S. residents who are cheerleading and/or dance team coaches or members of a school or all star cheerleading and/or dance team. Eligibility decisions of Sponsor shall be final. Employees of Sponsor and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies (the “Companies”) and their immediate family members (parent, spouse, child, sibling and their respective spouses) and/or those living in the same household of each, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win.

3. Drawing. One Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing. Random
drawing will be conducted in Memphis, TN on or about September 9, 2011, by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to Sweepstakes. Odds of winning are one divided by the total number of eligible entries received. The Winner will be notified by email. They will be contacted by Sponsor within two business days to redeem prize and must complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and a Publicity Release (where legal) (‘Affidavit/Release’) within 14 days. If prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if Winner does not return completed Affidavit and Publicity Release within the time set forth above, prize is forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected. Prize will be awarded within 30 days after receipt and verification of Affidavit/Release. If Affidavit/Release is returned as undeliverable or Winner is not in compliance with these rules, it will result in disqualification and, at Sponsor’s discretion, the prize will be awarded to an alternate Winner. No substitutions are permitted except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or a portion thereof) of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Prize is not redeemable for cash. Prize is non-assignable and nontransferable except at Sponsor’s discretion.

4. Prizes. One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. Grand Prize is $1000 in school supplies to be donated to your school, one (1) practice cheer mat (single roll) , two hundred and fifty (250) rooter poms, one hundred and fifty (150) sets of Thunderstix, one hundred (100) sets of Spirit Fingerz, and one (1) Custom "U-Build-It" tee for each team member. Approximate Retail Value of the Grand prize: $3000.00.

5. General. Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and all applicable federal, state and local laws apply. Void where prohibited by law. By participating, entrants affirm that they have read and accept these Official Rules and release the Companies as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each (collectively, the ‘Released Parties’) from all claims and liability relating to their participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance and use of the prize. Entry and acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner’s name, voice, prize won, hometown and likeness for online posting and advertising and promotional purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend part or all of this Sweepstakes in the event that unauthorized intervention or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor may award the Grand Prize in a random drawing of all eligible entries received up to the date of cancellation or suspension.

Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices are void. Released Parties are not responsible for (i) lost, late, misdirected, undelivered, delayed, damaged, incomplete or illegible entries; or (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof; or (iii) any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes; or (iv) any technical, human or other error relating to, or in connection with, the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to: (i) permanently disqualify from any sweepstakes it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules; and (ii) withdraw the Sweepstakes if it becomes technically corrupted, (including if a computer virus or system malfunction inalterably impairs its ability to conduct the Sweepstakes), and to select a winner from among all eligible, nonsuspect entries received prior to withdrawal.
