Our list of camps come from the top cheerleading camps in the nation, Universal Cheerleaders Association (UCA), the National Cheerleaders Association (NCA), the United Spirit Association (USA), the Universal Dance Association (UDA), and the National Dance Alliance (NDA).These camps are like taking a vacation with your team, and the sights you see are so stunning, they will have you and your team coming back year after year!

WEST

USA Camp at University of California at Santa Cruz – This camp is a USA cheer and dance favorite! En route to this camp, you’ll find gorgeous views and winding roads lined with gigantic evergreen trees…and if you’re lucky, you might even catch a glimpse of a few wild animals running through the forest. The practice field for this camp is located on top of a cliff overlooking the Pacific Ocean and has an unforgettable view that lures teams back to this camp year after year.

UCA Camp at University of Portland – With two camp sessions to choose from, this camp is a great option for your team. Located in stunning Portland, Oregon, this university is known for its great beauty. Camps here are usually taught outside, where there are great views of some of the most beautiful trees, mountains and waterfalls in the west. The city of Portland boasts a variety of local attractions as well as scenic parks, hiking trails, and mountains–in case you and your team have time for extra activities.

NCA Camp at University of Washington – Located in the city of Seattle, this campus has much more to offer than just the urban, bustling city streets. The University of Washington is known for its beautiful and dramatic academic settings, and the NCA camp at UW features fantastic views of Lake Washington, Mt. Rainier and the Cascade mountain range, some of the more famous sights in the Pacific Northwest. There are two different camp sessions to choose from at this NCA camp.

NCA Camp at University of California Santa Barbara - This NCA camp at UCSB is framed by the Santa Ynez Mountains to the north, natural sloughs to the east and west, and the Pacific Ocean to the south, all making for beautiful backdrops anywhere on campus. There is one session of this NCA camp.

USA Camp at Utah State University – Located in Logan, Utah, these USA cheer and dance camps enjoy awesome views of the beautiful Rocky Mountains surrounding the Utah State University campus. Enjoy the lush greenery that contrasts the sometimes snow capped mountains in the distance – an amazing view that can’t be missed from the camp’s teaching field!

UCA Camp at Pepperdine University – In gorgeous Malibu, California, Pepperdine University will draw you in with its picture perfect beauty. The 830-acre campus overlooks the Pacific Ocean and the celebrated beaches of Malibu. This UCA camp is known for its great staff and fun activities. There is one session of this camp offered in July.

SOUTHWEST

NCA and NDA Camp at the University of Colorado - Experience summer camp in the middle of the Rocky Mountains! Boulder boasts great views and a quaint town nearby. Enjoy the spectacular mountain views along with great instruction by your NCA and NDA Staff. At this combination camp, you can bring both your cheerleading squad and your dance team. One session of this camp is offered by NCA and NDA at the end of June.

UCA and UDA Camp at Ruidoso Convention Center – This camp is nestled in the Rocky Mountains of southern New Mexico in Ruidoso. Towering above the village of Ruidoso is Sierra Blanca and the New Mexico ski resort, Ski Apache. The weather here is mild and perfect for outdoor activities like camping, hiking and bicycling in the Lincoln National Forest. One session of this camp is held by UCA.

NDA Camp at University of Colorado at Colorado Springs - This camp is located at the foot of Pikes Peak in the Rocky Mountains. While enjoying a great camp learning experience, your team can also see the panoramic views of Pikes Peak while walking around campus!

UCA Camp at University of Colorado – Located in Boulder, Colorado, this camp sits in the Boulder Valley in the shadows of the Flatiron rock formations. MIDWEST

UCA and UDA Camp at University of Wisconsin Milwaukee – After attending this camp, you will wish Milwaukee, Wisconsin was your home! This university is known for its beautiful views of the city and Lake Michigan, some of which can even be seen from your dorm room window. Practice areas on the beautiful campus of UWM promise a good chance of practicing near gorgeous Lake Michigan. With a one-of-a-kind beach right near the university, you and your team can have plenty of beach fun if time permits!

UCA’s International Music Camp – Located in Dunseith, North Dakota, this camp is a UCA staff favorite! Located on a camp ground where you actually stay in log cabins surrounded by nature, this camp sits directly on the border of North Dakota and Canada. Set by a beautiful stream with enchanting views of the forest, you will want your camera handy to take in this breathtaking scenery. This exceptional camp is offered only once in the month of June, so book your camp here now for the experience of a lifetime.

NCA Camp at The Inn at Okoboji – This lakefront destination in Okoboji, Iowa offers 152 guest rooms for a relaxing, fun-filled camp destination. Campers will enjoy this beautifully landscaped camp spot – full of charm and a variety of amenities that help to create the ultimate camp experience! You can choose from three sessions of this camp.

UCA and UDA Camp at Tan-Tar-A Resort – Tan-Tar-A is located in Osage Beach, Missouri and is only three hours from St. Louis and Kansas City. The resort sits on 420 acres of the stunning Ozark Mountains and is a premier vacation spot for families. With recreational activities like swimming, tennis, miniature golf, boat rides, parasailing, and much more, this camp is more than just beautiful scenery: it’s a place where you and your team can have a great time! UCA offers two sessions of this camp.

SOUTHEAST

NCA Camp at Glenstone Lodge – Glenstone Lodge is located alongside the great Smoky Mountains in the heart of Gatlinburg, Tennessee. Enjoy the beautiful views and prepare for a camp experience with the bonus of lots of fun activities to enjoy during free time. The lodge is close to a great state park and the best shopping in Gatlinburg. The hotel features both and indoor and an outdoor pool, along with meals prepared by the on-site restaurant. On the last night of camp, your team will be treated to an outdoor cookout by the water. There is one session of this camp, offered in June.

UCA Camp at Snowshoe Resort – This first time UCA camp has one session in August and is perfect for cheerleaders looking for an inspirational camp experience. Located at the base of Snowshoe Mountain, this resort offers some of the most amazing views in the state of West Virginia. You can relax to sounds of Blackwater waterfalls, hike along scenic trails or even paddle down either the Gauley River or the New River. Known for its great skiing in the winter, this camp offers great summer activities for active, nature-loving cheerleading squads.

NCA Camp at University of Arkansas – Located in the heart of the Ozark Mountains in Fayetteville, Arkansas, this camp is something to see! Known for its spectacular views and top notch NCA instructors, it’s no surprise that this camp keeps teams coming back year after year. There is only one session of this camp, so book early.

UCA Camp at Appalachian State University - Located in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of northwestern North Carolina with one of the best views in the Southeast, UCA holds five sessions of this camp. Besides being surrounded by breathtaking beauty and cool, fresh mountain air, it is also a great place to spend some free time. The small downtown area of Boone is full of great shops and restaurants.

NORTHEAST

UCA Camp at Indian Head – A part of UCA’s famous Pine Forest camps, Indian Head is located outside of Honesdale, PA in the Pocono Mountains and holds five sessions. The drive to this camp is picture perfect. Once teams arrive, they are assigned to cabins that sit right on the beautiful lake. Cabins are rustic, clean, and in great shape. The best part about staying in the cabins is the stunning views from the porches of the cabins. The food at this camp is always described as great, and having so many activities available for campers makes this camp even more desirable.

NCA Camp at Bryn Mawr – With nine sessions to choose from, you can’t miss this breathtaking NCA camp located in Honesdale, PA in the Pocono Mountains. This camp is the ideal summer camp experience, as teams stay in well-furnished cabins that each includes its own bathrooms, showers, sinks, and large screened windows that let the morning sunshine in! Everything you need is right outside your door. Teams will enjoy team bonding exercises, plus there is swimming and a late night snack bar located on site!

UCA Camp at Brant Lake - Located in the Adirondack Mountains in Brant Lake, New York, the views of this camp will take your breath away. Brant Lake Camp is located on a six-mile long, crystal clear lake in New York’s charming Adirondack Mountains.
